Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile games Fables & Tactics, Dim Sum Queens, Tiny Tactics GO!, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Dim Sum Games Pte. Ltd. (“Dim Sum Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

You may use our Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law, and not barred from using the Services under any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

If you are under 13, or under the age required by your local jurisdiction, you may not use the Services.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account or use third-party login services, such as Google or Apple, to access some features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload or share offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other players.

We reserve the right to remove any content and take appropriate action, including banning accounts that violate our community guidelines or these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, characters, and other elements of the Services are owned by or licensed to Dim Sum Games and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.

5. In-Game Purchases

Some features may require payment through the app store or in-game systems. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or under the platform provider’s refund policy.

Virtual items, including currency and cosmetics, have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold. They may be modified or removed at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, gameplay bugs, or third-party failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dim Sum Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via in-game updates or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
